The Big Sheep
The Big Sheep offers rollercoasters, pedalos, and train and tractor rides. If the weather turns, there’s an indoor play centre, complete with soft play area and baby sensory room.

Stover Country Park
A stroll around Stover Lake is a favourite of our team. Look out for the abundance of wildlife that is around, including birds, insects and dragonflies.

Pennywell Farm
Voted ‘Best Family Attraction in Devon’ in the 2023 Muddy Stilettos Awards, Pennywell Farm is a fun day out for all of the family. It allows visitors to get hands on and experience farm life. There are tractor rides, farm animals and lots of interactive activities to keep the whole family entertained.

The Orange Elephant
Offering delicious homemade ice-creams, the Orange Elephant also has a summer meadow, play area and there’s even an ice cream drive-thru!

Dartmoor National Park
Families can visit Dartmoor for walking, cycling, picnicking, wildlife watching and exploring amazing natural habitats. There’s so much of Dartmoor to see and explore!

Woodlands
Located just outside of Dartmouth, Woodlands is the largest theme park in Devon. It’s got waterslides and large indoor and outdoor play areas. Lots of special events are taking place over the summer holidays at Woodlands, so there’s lots to keep the whole family entertained.

Killerton
With miles of parkland for exploring, Killerton is a great place to take your family and friends to get out in nature. There’s also a great cafe and play area.

Haldon Forest
Families can spend hours in the woodland at Haldon, following the Zog trail, walking, cycling or even mountain biking!

Canonteign Falls
Canonteign Falls is the perfect place for adventure, explore the walking trails, waterfalls and lakes, as well as play areas for all ages and a cafe.
